We understand that products do not always work out, or fit your space as expected. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 30 days upon delivery or pick up.

When returning your product, you will be responsible for the applicable delivery fees. You can also return product in store.

If your item is damaged in delivery please send 2 pictures within 24 hours of arrival to info@bmehome.ca; the damaged box and damaged item. Our Customer Service Experts will take care of you! You will be responsible to ensure that your returning item(s) is packed suitable for safe transport back, for moving your item to the front door of your home and being available to meet the courier at the agreed upon time. Additional charges may be incurred should you not meet these requirements.


Please have your unused items returned in its original condition and packaging. Your refund will be processed when the items have been inspected upon return. Restocking fee may be charged.

All items “ON SALE” and “FLOOR MODEL SALE” on our website are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever.


In the unlikely event that your piece arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please get in touch with us.

We wholeheartedly believe in the quality of our products, therefore, we offer a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship.

Please note that our warranties do not cover the effects of regular wear, discolouration due to light exposure, or natural changes and cracks that occur due to lack of care, In addition, defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by our warranty. Final sale items are not covered by this warranty.
